Job profile - Responsible for testing & Validation of Upgrades/Patch Testing for Bug Correction, New features on SMSC, MMSC, SMSR. Interaction with OEM/Vendor, SFR Engineering, Operations and other teams. Raising and followup of issues/anomalies. Taking part in Project kickoff and meetings. Documentation: Test Report, Test Plan, Writing test procedures, etc. Reporting: Weekly Status Reports, Abacus, Quality data etc

Knowledge of end to end call flows. Good in integration and interoperatibility.
